How long does a typical attic job take?+
Most homes — insulation, flooring and a loft ladder — are completed in a single day. Larger or awkward attics may run into a second day, and we'll always tell you up front.
Will I really save money on heating?+
Yes. Up to a quarter of a home's heat is lost through the roof. Topping up to 300mm of insulation typically cuts heating bills by 20–25% and pays back the cost many times over.
Do you handle the SEAI grant for me?+
We do. We'll check your eligibility, give you the paperwork you need, and stay involved until your grant is paid. The grant is currently up to €1,700 for attic insulation.
Will my insulation be squashed by the flooring?+
Never. We fit raised loft legs so your floor sits above the insulation — keeping its full thermal performance while giving you a strong, usable floor.
